Lisfinny Technolgoies is a consultancy, training and technology company. We offer a range of products and services across technology and agri-tech technologies. To date we have helped  many customer both at indigenous and internationally to unlock potential in their organisations.

Purpose for processing your data

In order to provide our services to you we need to process certain personal data in relation to you, which includes:

Biographical data- We collect the following biographical data; name, assumed names, address, phone number, email address.

Cookies  – are small pieces of data stored on a User’s device.

Payment data- If you pay by Direct Debit or receive payments through electronic funds transfer, we will collect the IBAN, BIC and the name of your bank/building society or your credit card details where relevant.

Online Services- When you interact with us online (by computer, tablet or smartphone), you will often provide personal data to us, which you will be aware of when using the services or for which you give consent. We also automatically collect data about your use of our services, such as type of device you are using and its IP address, and how you interact with the services. Why are we processing your data? Our legal basis

In order for us to provide you  with our services and products Lisfinny Technologies   need to collect personal data for  processing  your matters such as :-  intelligence about  your business,  your  order and shipment and payment details
Our reason (lawful reason) for processing you data under the GDPR is:

 

  • Contractual –  needs to process your data as this is necessary in relation to a contract of purchase order  to which the individual has entered into or because the individual has asked for something to be done so they can enter into a contract.
  • Regulators– In certain circumstances Lisfinny Technologies are obliged to provide information to the Government

 

In any event, Lisfinny Technologies  are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

 

How will Lisfinny Technologies  use the personal data it collects about me?

Lisfinny Technologies  will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary.

 

Who are sharing your data with?

We share your personal data with the following third parties:

Service Providers- We rely on trusted third parties to help us run  Lisfinny Technologies business and to provide us with specialised services. These can include companies that provide IT, shipping  and financial  Services. These can also include legal advisors, accountants and consultants. Where our services providers have access to your personal data, we ensure they are subject to appropriate contracts and other safeguards.

Original Equipment Manufacturers-: In some incidences Lisfinny Technologies in its roles as agent for  equipment manufactures may need to pass data in order to meet  the requirement of a goods order by you.

Transfers outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)

There are certain circumstances where we will transfer your personal data outside of the EEA to a country that is not recognised by the European Commission as providing an equivalent level of protection for personal data as is provided in the EEA. If we transfer your personal data outside of the EEA please rest assured that we will ensure that appropriate measures are in place to protect your personal data and to comply with our obligations under applicable data protection law. This may mean that we enter into contracts in the form approved by the European Commission, or we ensure that the company to which we transfer your personal data has agreed to abide by an approved transfer mechanism, such as the EU-US Privacy Shield framework. Lisfinny Technologies  facilitate you, our clients, rights in line with our data protection policy and the subject access request procedure. This is available on request.

  • Right of access: you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
  • Right of rectification: you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to be forgotten: in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.
  • Right to restriction of processing: where certain conditions apply to have a right to restrict the processing.
  • Right of portability: you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation.
  • Right to object: you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.
  • Right to object to automated processing, including profiling: you also have the right to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.
  • Right to judicial review: in the event that Lisfinny Technologies refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why.

All of the above requests will be forwarded on should there be a third party involved as we have indicated in the processing of your personal data.

Data will not be held for longer than is necessary for the purpose(s) for which they were obtained.  Lisfinny Technologies  will process personal data in accordance with our retention schedule. This retention schedule has been governed by our internal governance.

Complaints

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by Lisfinny Technologies  or how your complaint has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority and Lisfinny Technologies   data protection representatives Data Protection Officer / GDPR Owner

If we are collecting your data for a contract (e.g. finance banking details ship to address etc.) and you cannot provide this data the consequences of this could mean the contract cannot be completed or details are incorrect.

If we intend to further process your personal data for a purpose other than for which the data was collected, we will provide this information prior to processing this data.
